THE WIN WIN CONDITION
"And how can you have patience about a thing which you know not?" (18:68) Al-quran
this is the most beautiful explanation ever, of the human psyche on uncertainty. how? a simple example is when you are about to know your result, those few last moments will be the most lengthy and irritating moments of your life.
when you are planning to do something, you will remain under constant fear of negative outcomes.
you are taking a decision and the other options continue to haunt you.
you are to choose between two things and your heart does not seem to satisfy on either.
i.e. you want win-win condition for yourself in every walk of like, simply because the unseen future haunts you. the coming unseen makes you restless and you are always impatient.
the above verse is taken from surah kahaf of al-quran. this verse is taken from the story of hazrat moses a.s. and hazrat khizer a.s. khizer a.s. was given the knowledge of unseen from ALLAH swt. while moses a.s. joined him in order to learn that knowledge. but since, he (moses) was unaware of the happenings and outcomes and reasons of happenings, so he continued to show his impatience.
so, for ALLAH swt there is every thing certain and sure but for us things have been kept uncertain for the simple fact that we should keep our trust in ALLAH and we should be sure that whatever HE does, is for the betterment only.
apparently, somethign might look bad or cruel, but the reality behind it is neither cruel not bad , its always in our favor. in reality we are always in a win win condition. there is no loss IF only do not loose our hopes.
